How quickly will I get a response?
We typically respond within 24 hours on weekdays, often much sooner. We're a small team based in the UK, so responses outside UK business hours may take a bit longer. Every email is read by a real person, not filtered by a support bot.
Do you offer phone support?
We don't offer phone support at this time. Email works best for us because it lets us properly investigate issues and provide detailed responses. Most questions can be resolved in one or two email exchanges.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the password reset page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If you still have trouble, email us and we'll help.
Can I request a feature?
Absolutely! We love hearing feature requests and they directly influence our roadmap. Email us with your idea and explain how it would help your workflow. Many features in Task Board today came from user suggestions.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us with as much detail as possible: what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots help enormously. We take bugs seriously and aim to fix them quickly.
