Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Accessing Billing Settings
- Click your avatar in the top right corner
- Select "Settings"
- Go to the "Billing" tab
- Here you can view your plan, update payment details, and manage your subscription
Team Member Billing
Understand how adding and removing team members affects your bill.
Adding Members
When you add a team member, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period immediately.
Removing Members
When you remove a team member, you receive credit for the unused portion of their subscription.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.
Your payment information is securely processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
Invoices
Access your payment history and download invoices.
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "View Invoices" or "Manage Subscription"
- You'll be taken to the Stripe customer portal
- Download any invoice as PDF
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. No questions asked.
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- You'll keep access until the end of your billing period
- Your team members lose access at the end of the billing period
- Your boards and data are preserved
- You can continue using the Free plan
- You can resubscribe at any time
Refunds
We want you to be happy with Task Board.
Our refund policy is simple:

Common Questions
Do I need to enter a credit card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan requires no payment information.
Can I switch between GBP and USD?
Your currency is set when you first subscribe. Contact us if you need to change it.
Is there an annual plan?
Not currently. We offer monthly billing only, which gives you flexibility to adjust your team size.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your boards and data remain intact. You can access them on the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
