    Learn the basics in 5 minutes

    Welcome to Task Board!

    This guide will help you set up your first board and start tracking time in minutes.

    1. Create your first board

    1. Click "New Board" in the sidebar
    2. Give your board a name (e.g., "Marketing Projects" or "Client Work")
    3. Click "Create"

    2. Add columns

    Boards come with default columns: To Do → In Progress → Done. You can customize these:

    • Click "Add Column" to create new ones
    • Drag columns to reorder them
    • Rename columns by clicking the column name

    3. Create your first task

    1. Click "+ Add Task" in any column
    2. Give your task a title
    3. Add a description (optional)
    4. Click "Create"

    4. Start tracking time

    1. Open a task
    2. Click the "Start Timer" button
    3. Work on the task
    4. Click "Stop Timer" when done
    5. Time is automatically logged!

    5. Move tasks through columns

    Simply drag and drop tasks between columns as work progresses.
